Osha kisha loweka mchele kwa muda wa dakika 5 na kisha uchuje maji na uweke pembeni. Baada ya hapo kaanga vitunguu mpaka viwe vya brown na kisha tia spices zote.Zikaange kwa muda wa dakika 3 kisha tia mchele na uchanganye vizuri na spice.Ukaange mchele pamoja na spice uku ukiwa unageuzageuza kwa muda wa dakika 5. Baada ya hapo tia maji ya moto(kiasi ya kuivisha wali) na chumvi kisha ufunike. Upike mpaka uive kisha malizia kwa kutia njegere na uchanganye vizuri baada ya dakika 2 uipue utakuwa tayari kwa kuliwa.Unaweza kuula kwa mboga yoyote uipendayo
